St Emilia Women’s Group
Next meeting: Saturday, June 5 @ 3 PM
We are so grateful to have had so many wonderful years with the Robichau family, and we will miss them deeply when they move this summer! On June 13 after liturgy, we will have a catered BBQ meal to wish them well and send them off on their new adventures in South Carolina.
On Pascha Sunday afternoon, we’ll start the festivities at 3 PM with the brief and joyous Paschal Vespers, followed by, weather permitting, an outdoor picnic with feasting and an egg hunt for the kids.
We will break the fast together immediately following Paschal liturgy. Please bring baskets to be blessed, and join us for a socially distanced agape meal.
Men’s group meeting on Saturday, April 10 at 9 AM.
Our next women’s group meeting is Saturday, April 3 at 3 PM. We will be preparing plastic eggs for the children’s egg hunt at the paschal picnic on May 2. If you would like bring a bag of wrapped candy to fill the eggs, you may bring it to church this Wednesday at Presanctified Liturgy, or to our meeting Saturday.
If you would like help prepare or serve Lenten food after services on Sundays and Wednesdays, please contact Matushka Anne Gariano. Her information is in the church directory.
