Archpastoral Visit of His Grace, Bishop Mark
May 25th, 2011
On June 4 and 5, 2011, St. Basil’s will welcome His Grace, Bishop Mark (Administrator of the Diocese of the South) for an Archpastoral visit. I would like to assure that everyone is aware of the dinner on Saturday evening and ask that you please respond with your name and the number of attendees (adults and children) by Wednesday, June 1. While there is a listed price for the dinner, please do not let the cost of the meal be a hindrance to attendance – let me know if this is an issue. Family members and friends are certainly welcome at all events throughout the weekend.
Note that Great Vespers has been moved from its normal time of 6:30pm to 4:30pm so that we can gather and visit in a leisurely fashion Saturday evening.
I look forward to seeing many of you as we welcome our Father in Christ, Bishop Mark, to our small, but growing mission in the Port City of North Carolina.
