For the past year, St. Basil has been collecting food weekly to distribute to those in need in our city – all donations are appreciated.  Thank you to all who have helped in this ministry.

On October 28, St. Basil participated in the “Stop Hunger Now” program with our sister parish, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Wilmington – tens of thousands of meals were prepared and packed for shipment to families and children in need across the globe.

In September, parishioners from St. Basil pitched in to raise funds for Children at Heart adoption services, a ministry run by one of our parishioners that works to place children into adoptive homes in the United States.
